BBM is not working .. rest everything works like charm.. of course with watermarks.. heard dev alpha b does not have watermarks

Hi, I run the paid version on a Playbook. It's good but can you fix the BBC channels so that I go straight to them and not via BBC Iplayer please? TVCatchup does this (in Tablet TV) so why not Tablet TV directly?

Dear Sir, I purchased by BB Z10 from Doha Qatar yesterday and this morning while performing SECURITY WIPE with Charger plugged in, I found that the devide is stuck with a loga (USB, MONITOR & MOBILE) on the screen. Please help. I tried RELOAD using Blackberry Link but It does not detects my device. I also downloaded the Autoload.10.0.10.261.0x8400240a.0x8500240a.0x8700240a.exe but it also did not worked, i attached a pic of it, somebody please help me to overcome this error.
My Z 10 Model No and Hardware ID as below.
BlackBerry Z10 (STL100-1) 4002607

Could you tell me what the difference is between auto loader and non auto loader files? I have a Dev Alpha B with Z10 OS (STL100-1, 10.0.10.82) and I want to update it because os some bugs, but unfortunately the built-in updater say that I use the last operation system.

Is there a way to get the oficiall bb 10 os, am having issues with my Z10 and now its totally unuseable, the only solution is for me to re-install the os, and whenever I try using bb link it always fails after a very long time and now it doesn't even start the download, it says my internet connection is having issues but its intact. So am wondering if I can get a direct link to download the os and then install it onto the phone by any means necessary.

what is the difference betweem Dev Alpha and Z10?I have recently bought a Z10 (STL100-2 Model# RFH121LW) from UAE (Also called as UK version).What is the current Latest OS for this Model and how should I install it since I am in India.
